Full-time and Benefits
Schedule - 7:00am-3:30pm with some flexibility.
Duties:
Create and maintaining charge reconciliation reports for the department so a strong background in Excel is preferred. The ability to create and modify canned charge reports from EPIC would be a huge plus. Some reports already exist and those will just need to be updated and processed daily.
Help with management of RT specific equipment/supplies. This will involve ordering new equipment/supplies and tracking par levels to help ensure that staff have everything they need. They will need to work closely with supply chain.
Help us plan and implement plan for increasing revenue within the department.
Assist with the tracking of staff documentation compliance. Strong spreadsheet, database, report generation skills would be very beneficial for the candidate to already have.

Role Purpose
Serves as the primary contact and liaison between multiple patient care areas, ancillary and support departments for BJH and BJC system-wide, overseeing all project management initiatives. Collaborates with all levels of management to coordinate the business, administrative and operational functions necessary to achieve successful outcomes related to patient care areas. Functions as a resource to other clinical operations coordinators.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with directors, managers and other disciplines to plan and implement all projects related to patient care areas, including facilitating and implementing standardized house-wide initiatives.
Works with senior leadership to ensure compliance with established regulatory agencies, and creates and executes action plans.
Partners with management and system committees to identify necessary resources and processes, and assist in the implementation of work plan strategies and process improvement initiatives.
Manages the acquisition of supplies, equipment, and services with established BJC formularies and contract, as well as, manages clinical supply and equipment utilization of all assigned service lines.
Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates processes and strategies to identify revenue opportunities.
