Foundation Health Partners is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our outpatient clinic team, where compassionate care meets professional growth. Our LPNs play a vital role in supporting providers, delivering direct patient care, and ensuring a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation: $25.88 to $40.44 hourly wage based on experience and education
• Retention Bonus: $5,000

• Schedule:
  • Family Medicine -- Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5x8 hour day shifts
  • 1st Care CLinic -- Full-time, 36 hours per week, 3x12 hour day shifts
  • Pediatrics - Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5x8 hour day shifts , M-Sat

This position provides nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse and/or licensed physician, and is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his or her direction. This position observes, contributes to the plan of care, implements, reports and documents patient care in accordance with department policies, standard of care and state scope of practice. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to contribute to the assessment of data and to plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.

Responsibilities

Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid current or temporary Alaska RN license. Requires the knowledge and skills normally demonstrated by an Associate's degree in nursing. BLS certification is required. May require ACLS, PALS, or additional certification and/or continuing education based on area of practice.

Requires creative thinking, prioritizing, and flexible problem solving skills. Also requires the ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree preferred. Professional certification preferred.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
