Overview

Join our Indianapolis-based System Patient Access Center team! As an RCS Senior Associate, you'll serve as the "Virtual Front Office" for outpatient physician practices across the region. This entry-level role is ideal for dependable individuals with strong attendance and timeliness. While call center experience is preferred, it's not required. After a minimum of 30 days of training (at the Revenue Cycle Shadeland office in Indianapolis) and meeting performance expectations, hybrid or remote work options may be available.

Full time Mon-Fri between 8a-4:30p, no weekends or holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Handling and support
• Training and onboarding for new hires
• Coaching and quality assurance
• Escalation and issue resolution
• Team Engagement

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

1. The ability to multi-task and utilize multiple screens and programs.

2. Exceptional values-based customer service skills

3. The ability to work independently.

4. Strong communication skills

Medical Office Experience is strongly preferred.

* For those serving as the Individual Solutions Coordinator (ISC), a current Indiana State Navigator's license is required.
*At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
* Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
