The Staffing Assistant coordinates all aspects of unit staffing, scheduling, and time & attendance reporting for GSH Clinical Units under the direction of the Staffing Office Supervisor. This includes but is not limited to Coordinating the effort to backfill unplanned absences assign and move staff accordingly by dates, shifts, times & units in order to meet the department and hospital staffing needs.
