Role Overview:

• Order supplies from vendors and manage software systems like Helios, UPS, Vuetura, and Coupa.
• Prevent stock-outs by proactively ordering and offering alternatives when items are unavailable.
• Notify management of supply shortages and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Verify deliveries, unpack, and distribute all supplies accurately and timely to patient floors and clinical areas.
• Monitor expiration dates and replenish supplies, linens, oxygen tanks, and pantry items daily.
• Process returns, manage supply distribution, and oversee deliveries using VueturaTrac.
• Inspect received items for accuracy and report discrepancies.

• Must be able to work independently and have analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• Location: 1275 York Ave, New York, NY (Main Campus)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, alternate Saturday or Sunday, 7am to 3pm
• Report to Assistant Manager, Materials Management
