As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. **Pay Range: $15.20 - $25.21 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate?s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data
PST?s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Work Schedule: Your planned work schedule will be an 8 hour shift Monday - Friday between 5:30a.m. - 7:00p.m. with rotating Saturdays. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. The hours/location may change/vary based on business need and/or the request(s) of your supervisor or management.
Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
Work Location: This position will be bases out of Paducah, Kentucky but will cover southeast Missouri, southern Illinois and western Kentucky.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required
Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with reliable transportation
Must be at least 21 years? old
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
3+ years of experience in an outpatient lab setting is highly preferred
