The state-of-the-art hospital is connected to a medical office building with a full suite of medical services including internal medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, OB/GYN, endocrinology and more. The role you'll contribute:

The Certified Central Processing Tech functions as a member of the support team for the hospital. He/she is responsible for the decontamination and sterilization of instrumentation and equipment used in providing direct patient care. The Certified Central Processing Tech is cross-trained to assume all responsibilities within the scope of the Central Processing Department.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Accurately assemble instrument trays.
• Sterilize instruments.
• Return sterile instruments to their proper location.
• Stock patient care equipment.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• High School Grad or Equiv Required
• Certified Board of Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Required or
• Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certification Required
