The role you'll contribute: Responsible for providing lead work direction to a small group of skilled Locksmiths. This position assists in the planning, design, and oversight of the implementation and maintenance of a campus-wide master lock and key program. Additionally, this role ensures that all work orders are completed in the appropriate time frame and in a professional manner. In addition, this position actively participates in maintaining respectful relationships and outstanding customer service. Promotes a secure and efficient environment through effective locksmith practices.

Provides lead work direction to a team of skilled locksmiths, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
Assists in planning, designing, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of a master lock and key program.
Ensures timely and professional completion of all work orders related to locks, locking systems, and fastening devices.
Plans, schedules, and assigns work to the locksmith team, determining material, equipment, and staffing needs for projects.
Monitors work in progress to ensure it meets quality requirements and specifications, troubleshooting and inspecting work as needed.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
- Minimum of five years experience in generating or creating a grand master key system
- Florida Class E drivers license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy
- Previous experience working in a large healthcare environment (Preferred)
- Previous supervisory experience (Preferred)
- Advanced Locksmithing Diploma from the Foley-Belsaw Institute or equivalent trade school. (Preferred)
