This position is onsite at our Shadeland Ave office 1-2 days/week Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our Total Quality Management as well as our Learning Excellence Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and a keen eye for process improvement. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue cycle operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality, audits, and training initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management. The incumbent must possess strong subject matter expertise and leadership in order to support a diverse and complex operating environment and span of control.

* Requires strong knowledge of business and reimbursement management with an undergraduate degree preferred.
*At least three years of experience with hospital or physician billing strongly preferred.
* Requires demonstrable knowledge of healthcare billing terminology concepts and processes.
* Requires the ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
