Lee Health Heart Institute is looking for Advanced Practice Providers that are passionate about Cardiology to join our team!
We have multiple offices throughout the Lee County area that service our community and ensure quality care at the Lee Health acute care hospitals. TheInpatient/Outpatient Cardiology Advanced Practice Providerpositions provide a great opportunity to provide a mix of care in the clinic a few days a week with inpatient consults, care and treatment built into the schedule. The successful candidate will be interested in providing comprehensive and preventive care to their patients. Care is specific to one clinic and one hospital location.
Position Description:
Day Shift - Monday-Friday with call and weekend coverage (hours will vary based on clinic)
Practices have strong clinical support using team based care
Hybrid role seeing both in-patients and clinic appointments
EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both inpatient and outpatient settings
Locations:
HealthPark Medical Center - Heart Institute at Bass Road, Heart Institute at Coconut Point, and Heart Institute at Medical Plaza One
Lee Memorial Hospital - Heart Institute at Sanctuary
Gulf Coast Medical Center - Heart Institute at Metro Parkway
Cape Coral Hospital - Heart Institute at Cape Coral and Heart Institute at Bimini (coming soon!)
Requirements:
Board Certified APRN (Acute-Care pathway preferred) or PA
Active license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain this license prior to start)
BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
Experience preferred but not required
