Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Residential Aide in the Behavioral Health Dept at Andover, NJ.
Shift hours - Varies and will be discussed during interview
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
- Skill teaching, supportive services and direct intervention with adult residents.
- Provides clinicians with reports as required on the residents' movements towards or barriers to achieving treatment goals and objectives.
- Report on other issues or problems.
- Oversees residents' self-administration of medications.
- Maintains necessary records according to regulatory guidelines and personal care records.
- Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments. Assist in household maintenance of the work environment.
- Maintain commitment as a team member to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Other tasks which may be required.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree.
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years relevant experience preferred
License/Certifications:
- Valid Driving License with a clean record is Required.
- Fingerprinting is required for this position
