The Executive Protection Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of IU Health senior executives. Provides close-quarters protection, conducts advance planning, site assessments, route planning, venue security assessments, and monitors potential threats.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in executive or dignitary protection or a similar field is required.
• Must be an Indiana law enforcement officer or have the ability to attain Indiana certification.
• Certification from DSS, USSS, state police, or other accredited course is required.
• Training and certifications for site advance, threat assessment, and advanced training is preferred.
• Requires discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to security operations.
