• Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando
• Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America
• Houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country
• Already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year

The role you'll contribute:

This position is responsible for bringing to life the developed, recommended, and coordinated plans for the AdventHealth Ecosystem. The position focuses on partnership execution needs across the entire network, including hospital campuses and outpatient services. Ensures division-wide deployment of the Consumer Aspiration Strategies. In addition, collaborates with various teams to achieve strategic goals.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Associate Required
• 5 years Work Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large-scale initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in projects that are in discovery or early development phases
• Collaboration with product managers on milestone mapping and design sessions
• Comfortable with hybrid schedule and up to 25% travel
• Strong relationship management skills (internal and external)
• Project management and milestone tracking experience
• Knowledge of design thinking and facilitation of design sessions
• Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and presentation (deck building) skills
• Hospitality industry experience a plus
