SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Workforce Development Coordinator plays a key administrative role in supporting workforce development programs and initiatives. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, maintains accurate records and documentation, and provides logistical and other support to program staff, partners, and participants. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of One (1) year of related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor?s Degree
• Knowledge of workforce development
• HR experience.
