IU Health | Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator
Location: 1633 N. Capital Ave. Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Full-Time. Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. This is hybrid in office 3 days a week and option to be remote 2 days a week.

Join our dynamic team responsible for managing key contract categories that support our Campaign and Donor Relations team. This role will develop and implement our annual stewardship strategy for constituencies who have supported the foundation, specifically at the annual giving and major gift levels.

About the Role
The Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator involves developing and executing an annual stewardship strategy for foundation supporters, particularly those giving annually or major gifts. Collaborating with the Director, CPO, and Project Coordinator, it includes managing stewardship activities, documenting data in NXT, overseeing impact reports, gift agreements, stewardship platforms, and the weekly acknowledgment process.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of fundraising software i.e. Raiser's Edge, Salesforce.
• Experience with matrix organizations and complex work environments.
• Experience working in a donor database or CRM system preferred.
