Role Overview:

- Configure and maintain Epic documentation tools such as flow sheets, smart sets, workspace activities and clinical notes
- Assist with answering tickets in Epic Beacon work ques
- Analyze complex business needs and develop integrated technology, and workflow solutions
- Identify system gaps and contribute technical expertise to functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders, especially in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Cell Therapy departments.
- Actively engage in technical discussions to improve solution designs and implementation.
- Participate as Beacon application representative in integrated focus area(s) within the Epic application project.

Key Qualifications:

- Certification in EPIC Beacon required
- Experience working in a Bone Marrow Transplant environment is good to have
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.

- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders across the organization

Pay Range: $90,700.00 - $145,300.00
