• Day Shift: 0500-1330, 0600-1430, 0700-1530
• Call - Limited on Saturday only
• NO WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS
• Associates as a Histotechnician PREFERRED
• ASCP certified. At least one year of histology experience. PREFERRED
• Duties - Cutting and embedding tissue, IHC and Special Stains, Instrument maintenance, assist on Bone Marrows, FNA and surgical procedures for Telepathology.

The Laboratory Department provides a wide variety of assays and procedures to obtain data used in the diagnosis and treatment of most disease states to our inpatient and out patients.  Services include phlebotomy, hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, point-of-care and pathology. 

Role Purpose

Responsible for providing a variety of routine and/or complex tests and procedures on tissue and related surgical specimens submitted for histological examination.
