Guthrie Lourdes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to assist in providing specialized care for patients with autoimmune and rheumatological diseases in a supportive and collaborative practice environment.

As a Guthrie Advanced Practice Provider, you play an important role in caring for our patients while acting as a patient advocate and collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as Guthrie Specialists throughout the strong Guthrie referral Network.

Candidate Requirements

• Current NYS and PA licenses.
• Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Ability to obtain New York and Pennsylvania state licenses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering patients' unique needs and preferences.
• Perform regular follow-ups to assess treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans as needed.
• Educate patients on self-management, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of adhering to prescribed treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational
• standards.
• Experienced or newly graduated advanced practice providers are equally welcome to apply.

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary range of $120,000-$137,000 depending on experience.
