Using exclusive resources of HealthCareerCenter.com, Jack assists hospitals and healthcare facilities with recruitment advertising across the entire healthcare continuum and for all disciplines – from Nursing, Allied Health and Operations to Physicians and Executives. Specifically, he works with recruitment teams to diversify their recruitment efforts in order to get their positions in front of top-tier candidates with the background, education and experience required to fill these key roles. Jack enjoys working with people and helping to strategically solve problems.
Being the youngest of seven children, Jack has developed a great sense of humor, and likes to laugh – even at himself. He enjoys spending time with friends and family – especially his wife and two children.
Jack graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Marketing.
Sarah Kratochvil
Talent Consultant
As a member of the sales team, Sarah works closely with hospitals and healthcare organizations to assist and guide them in using the exclusive resources of the Health Career Center (formerly AHACareerCenter.org). She acts as a resource for her clients on healthcare trends and focuses on putting their open positions in front of healthcare talent via professional healthcare associations.
Before joining the Workforce Solutions team at the American Hospital Association, Sarah spent eight years working at recruitment advertising agencies focusing the majority of her time on healthcare recruitment strategy. She has a solid understanding of the challenges hospitals face in this ever changing environment, and her passion is the success of her clients.
In her free time Sarah enjoys trying new restaurants in Chicago, or cooking a meal at home with her husband. She loves reading, traveling and laughing with her family and friends.
Sarah graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Writing, and a minor in Public Relations. She spent a semester of her junior year studying in Italy through Loyola University Chicago’s Rome Center.
Alexis Cigna
Talent Solutions Consultant
Alexis has over 15 years of sales experience. Prior to AHA’s HeathCareer Center she spent the majority of her sales career at CareerBuilder and Trunk Club. She sold recruitment solutions for CareerBuilder to healthcare and sales organizations. With a wealth of knowledge in the healthcare and recruitment industry she work with hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the West to increase their exposure to top candidates. She works with her clients to reach top talent across a multitude of disciplines; physicians, nurses, allied health professionals and healthcare executives. Alexis works closely with her clients to develop the best strategy and track the results to continually improve their strategies.
In her free-time Alexis loves traveling internationally and has been to over 45 countries. Next trip she’s headed to Russia for the 2018 World Cup.
Alexis has a bachelor’s degree in International business and Management from Indiana University in Bloomington. She spent a summer studying in Finland through the Helsinki School of Business in Mikkeli.
